Sandra Baringer, Lecturer, UCR
Sandra Baringer, Ph.D. English, is a Lecturer at the University of California at Riverside and a member of UC-AFT. She has taught at Palomar College as a "temporary" instructor since 1992 and is a member of the Interim Executive Committee, Palomar Faculty Federation CFT/AFT. Sandy is a Founding Member of the California Part-time Faculty Association and serves as its Communications Director. She is the Secretary of the Executive Committee, Discussion Group on Part-time and Non-Tenure Track Faculty for the Modern Language Association. Baringer is also serves on both the Part-time Committee and Legal Committee of the Faculty Association of California Community Colleges. Her current areas of research and publication relate to Native American literature and prison studies. |
