Stephen K. Festor is an attorney with the Seattle law firm, Bendich, Stobaugh &Strong, P.C. The law firm specializes in class actions on behalf of employees and currently represents Microsoft "temp" workers, ARCO employees misclassified as non-employees (i.e., "leased employees" and "independent contractors"), and employees of Los Angeles County. The law firm also represents part-time community and technical college instructors in Washington State in a lawsuit against the State for retirement and health benefits. Mr. Festor graduated in 1993 from the University of Oregon Law School of Law in the top 5% of his class. He received a degree of Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Washington State University in 1990. |
