Adjunct Nation - website associated with the National Adjunct Faculty Guild and its print magazine, Adjunct Advocate. This site offers some professional resources, news, a job bank, and so forth.
National Coalition of Independent Scholars - advocates for those doing research outside an academic environment. This group has a newsletter, does some lobbying, offers small grants, etc.
Faculty Rights Coalition - Group based in Texas, focused primarily on changing education laws there.
Adjuncts.com - Tips and resources for adjuncts, from Houghton Mifflin.
FairJobs.org - Web project of the National Association for Fair Employment, a group that focuses on contingent labor generally.
COUP - Committees United against Privatization (a group in the Chicago City Colleges).
Campaign for Better Health Care - this group was involved in rallies for Campus Equity Week in the fall of 2001 and is pushing for greater access to health care. It has a good links page on health issues.
Budget Crises - A new site (February 2004) put up by NAFFE's Campus Organizing Action Group to respond to budget crises in various states.
